Calico Jack has won a record third SMART award from the Scottish Executive for work on Convergent Conversation Management. The project will deliver a new approach to managing call data, building on the commercial successes of earlier awards that were respectively used to construct a robust and highly scalable multi-agent system and mechanisms for determining rich presence information on the fly, or “emergent presence”. The latest award will allow the company and its customers to respond to demand for more effective communication management.
