Scottish software-company, Calico Jack has signed a major deal with Orange worth £250,000 to create new technology for next generation phones.

Paul Sergeant, CEO of Calico Jack, which is based in Dundee said: “Unfortunately at the moment we can’t disclose the exact details of the deal due to commercial confidentiality. However, I can say that we are absolutely delighted to be joining forces with Orange.”

Sue Leach, contracts manager at Orange said: “We are very pleased to welcome Calico Jack on board. Even though the company is a start up, the technology they are developing will allow us to provide our customers with cutting edge technology.”
